    I don't know why most boat companies don't use the center storage compartments for rods. It gives you the most room, the rods you have out are out of the way if you need to get another one out. Just seems to me that it makes better sense.

    I have fished out of a bunch of boats in my years. I fished out of an older 21 Bullet this spring and he had the center storage with racks like that. I Loved the rod storage but didn't like the sloped tackle storage where the rods would have normally been. Everything is a trade off.

    The ride was killer for a tater chip boat.

    Tater Chip....lol thanks I really like the center for rods cause my fat tail dont have to shimmy up there to get a vest or anything else I have that slid forward...hahaha
